(Thomson Reuters ONE) - M-real Corporation Stock Exchange Release 17 August 2009 at 09.00M-real to receive EUR 190 million cash from an early repayment bySappi of the vendor notesM-real Corporation, part of Metsäliitto Group, divested its GraphicPapers business to Sappi Limited at the end of 2008 for EUR 750million. EUR 220 million of the transaction consideration was paid inthe form of four-year interest-bearing vendor notes.M-real and Sappi have agreed that Sappi will repay the entire vendornotes for the price of 86.5 percent of the nominal value of thenotes. Repayment will occur no later than 30 September 2009 and issubject to completion of Sappi's refinancing transaction.
