1). George Sharp added Coastal Integrated Services Inc. to an existing law suit filed against the company Stock Tips alleging that he received 24 opt-in emails promoting COLV stock. Coastal Integrated Services Inc. had nothing to do with that promotion. The company believes that there is no merit to Mr. Sharp's lawsuit and is actively denying his claims.
2.) Coastal Integrated Services Inc. is a development stage company. Although the company is not cash rich, it has substantial investments in manufacturing molds, development costs, sales products, and patents.
3.) It has been alleged that the company paid for an . The protocol of the Edison Award system is to be nominated for an award. This can be done by another company or by your own company. There is a nomination fee which must be paid before the nomination will be considered eligible for judging. Simply Lids was nominated by Harry Epstein, V.P. of , one of the largest procurement companies in the world to major food service industries like McDonalds, Coca-Cola, Del Monte, etc. Once nominated Simply Lids was contacted by the Edison Awards to pay the nomination fee.
4.) Delivery of the Utility Patent for Simply Lids was received late May. The patent was granted in January and goes through a review process with the patent lawyer to make sure there are no mistakes. Utility patents are quite difficult to receive, especially with tighter demands on the United States Patent Office. Simply Lids also has a design patent, and trademark protection.
