Disposition of Common Shares of Brompton Corp.

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/10/16 -- Peter Wallace, a former director of Brompton Corp. ("Brompton"), has announced today that he has sold 625,540 common shares of Brompton, reducing his total holdings in Brompton to nil. The common shares were sold at a purchase price of CAD $0.1191 per common share. The shares were sold to Brompton in a private transaction in the ordinary course of his investment activities and he may purchase securities of Brompton in the future depending on market conditions and other factors material to his investment decisions.
