Copper One Extends Warrants
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/17/11 -- Copper One Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CUO) (the "Company" or "Copper One") today announced that it has extended the term of 6,000,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") that were issued as part of an offering which closed on August 27, 2009. Each Warrant is exercisable for one common share in the capital of Copper One, at an exercise price of $0.80. Copper One has applied to and received TSX Venture Exchange approval to extend the expiry date of the Warrants until August 26, 2012 (the "Extension"). The effective date of the Extension will be from August 10, 2011.
