Mawson West Announces Director Election Results
(firmenpresse) - PERTH, AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/13/16 -- Mawson West Limited (TSX: MWE) ("Mawson" or the "Company") wishes to announce the director election results from the 2016 annual meeting of its shareholders held on May 31, 2016. Shareholders elected each of the nominees proposed by management as set forth in the information circular of the Company dated April 29, 2016. The results of the voting on the election of directors are set forth below.
Each of the directors elected at the meeting will hold office until the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Corporation or until his successor is duly elected or appointed pursuant to the Constitution of the Company.
The voting results for all resolutions considered by shareholders at the meeting are also contained in the Report of Voting Results for the meeting, which was filed on May 31, 2016 under the Company's profile on SEDAR at .
