(TSX: ERD) ("" or the "Company"), will be webcasting its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") on Tuesday June 14, 2016 at 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time (5:30 pm Atlantic Standard Time). All interested parties can listen to the webcast by . To attend the AGM in person, the event will be held at Purdy's Wharf Tower II, 1969 Upper Water Street, Suite 1300, in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
