Manicouagan Minerals Inc. Grants Options to an Officer of the Company
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/17/11 -- Manicouagan Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE: MAM) (the "Company") announces that 100,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company are being granted to an officer at an exercise price of $0.16 per share, expiring on August 17, 2016. The grant is subject to regulatory acceptance.
