With the original iManage implementation in 2006, Brian oversaw the migration from Worldox and implemented a drastic simplification of their file/folder structure. Throughout the past ten years, four mergers have doubled the size of the firm and caused multiple revisiting of the data structure culminating in a simplified, policy-based method allowing both flexibility and required governance while driving higher adoption rates among even the newly merged firms.
