Kerr Announces Resignation of Director
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/20/16 -- Kerr Mines Inc. ("Kerr" or the "Company") (TSX: KER) announces the resignation of Wayne Tisdale as a director of the Company effective June 16, 2016.
Mr. Tisdale's seat will be filled at the Company's upcoming annual and special meeting of shareholders to be held on June 30, 2016, where a board of seven directors are standing for election.
