Construction to kick off on first SATO StudioHomes

Innovative service concept showcased in Martinlaakso, Vantaa
SATO StudioHomes represent our response to the intense demand for affordable
housing in the Helsinki region. Construction on the first SAT StudioHome
building will kick off in August in the Martinlaakso district of Vantaa.
Slated for completion in late 2017, the building will consist of 68 bright and
airy compact homes featuring a small balcony, large windows and a diverse set of
smart storage solutions. Each SATO StudioHome will have an area of 15.5 + 6
(sleeping loft) square metres and the homes at the pilot building will rent at
?500/month.
Besides functionality, the SATO StudioHome concept also highlights the
importance of communal areas. The ground floor of the building will feature a
comfortable common room and laundry room for all residents while on the top
floor, residents will have access to a sauna section, fireplace lounge and
terrace.
