Statkraft AS: NOK 11bn Revolving Credit Facility

(Oslo 22 June 2016) Statkraft AS has signed a new 5+1+1-year NOK 11 billion
Revolving Credit Facility.
The Facility will replace the existing NOK 12 billion facility dated 19 January
2011 and is intended for general corporate purposes.
BNP Paribas and SEB acted as Co-ordinators, Mandated Lead Arrangers and
Bookrunners. Banco Santander, Barclays, Danske Bank, Deutsche Bank, DNB Bank
ASA, Goldman Sachs, Handelsbanken Capital Markets (Svenska Handelsbanken AB
publ), Nordea, Société Générale and UniCredit joined the Facility as Mandated
Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners. All banks participated equally in the
transaction.
