Orbite Announces Annual Meeting Results
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 06/22/16 -- Orbite Technologies Inc. (TSX: ORT)(OTCQX: EORBF) ("Orbite" or the "Company") announced today that shareholders of the Company have approved all management resolutions put forth at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held in Montreal, Quebec, on Wednesday, June 22, 2016.
Shareholders elected each of the Company's nominees for director by the following votes cast by ballot:
Shareholders voted to appoint KPMG LLP as the Company's auditor, and authorized the directors to fix their remuneration. The Company received a shareholder proposal for the election of Mr. Lorenzo D'Alesio as nominee for director which was defeated 5.76% of votes for and 94.24% votes withheld.
