Redhill Resources Corp.: Name Change to Millennial Lithium Corp.
Concurrent One for Two Consolidation and Symbol Change

(TSX VENTURE: RHR) ("Redhill" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, effective at 12:01am on June 24, 2016, it has completed its name change to Millennial Lithium Corp. The name change was first announced on May 31, 2016.
As a result, effective at the opening on Friday, June 24, 2016, the common shares of Millennial Lithium Corp. will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "ML", and the common shares of Redhill Resources Corp. will be delisted.
The CUSIP number assigned to the Company's shares following the name change is 60040W105 and the ISIN number is CA60040W1059.
Concurrently with the name change, the Company has, pursuant to a resolution of its Board of Directors, effected a consolidation of its outstanding common shares on a one (1) new for two (2) old basis. Effective prior to trading on June 24, 2016, the Company will have 10,341,198 post-consolidated shares issued and outstanding. The Company has no escrow shares.
