RALLY FOR VITA's mission is to be an annual signature fund-raising event that grafts the growing and mainstream popularity of motorcycle riding to a great cause and will feature celebrity riders, a family-friendly lunch stop, and much more. From the celebrity breakfast kick-off at Kahuna Powersports through the scenic police-escorted route to Mercedes Benz Barrie. This unique outing will be a featured yearly community event. RALLY FOR VITA's sense of adventure, its style and feel, is greatly enhanced by the reason for which it was originally conceived: to advocate on behalf of, and to support, the areas of highest priority needs at VITA Community Living Services a charitable organization that supports individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or serious mental illness. The ride is open to all motorcycle enthusiasts for only $75.00. Riders are also encouraged to raise money by putting the pipes where their mouths are and solicit pledges from family, friends and fellow riders. Funds raised by the Rally for Vita 2011 will be used to purchase a MV1 wheelchair accessible vehicle. Put Your Pipes Where Your Mouth Is...Rally for Vita is pleased to announce its first annual motorcycle Show 'N' Shine to showcase your ride. You are automatically included in the Show 'N' Shine when you register for the ride. Be sure to indicate one of the following categories: Sport Bike. Cruiser. Custom. Vintage. A panel of show judges will select the top three bikes in each of the categories. Results will be announced at the end of the ride and all selected bikes must be present in order to win. The Top 12 Bikes will be featured in the upcoming 2012 Rally for VITA calendar.
