Dynasty Announces Annual General Meeting Voting Results

("Dynasty" or the "Company") (TSX: DMM)(OTCQX: DMMIF) announces that the following five directors were elected at the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company held on June 29, 2016 in Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Meeting"):
In addition, at the Meeting shareholders approved the appointment of Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Accountants as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year.
A total of 9,427,903 common shares of the Company were voted at the Meeting, representing 20.19% of the votes attached to all outstanding common shares. The formal report of voting results with respect to all matters voted upon at the Meeting was filed on SEDAR on June 30, 2016.
