Goldeye Reports Results of Annual Meeting of Shareholders
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/30/16 -- Goldeye Explorations Limited (TSX VENTURE: GGY) ("Goldeye" or the "Company") wishes to report the results of the annual meeting of shareholders held on June 30, 2016. 73 management proxies representing 20,142,566 shares or 40.24% of the outstanding shares of the Company were received. J. Richard Dean, Jorma Hannila, Russell Kakepetum, Blaine Webster and Robin Luke Webster were re-elected as directors of the Company. Roland Horst did not stand for re-election. Goldeye wishes to thank Mr. Horst for the significant contribution he made to the Company while a director. Shareholders also re-appointed McGovern, Hurley, Cunningham, LLP as auditors of the Company.
