Glen Eagle Annual Meeting Results
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 07/04/16 -- Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") is pleased to report that shareholders voted strongly in favor of the agenda presented in the Proxy Circular for the Annual Meeting held on June 29, 2016. A total of 39,657,802 or 50.8% of the outstanding common shares were represented at the Meeting in person or by proxy.
The sale of the Company's Authier lithium asset was approved by 98.8 % of the vote, entitling Glen Eagle to proceed with the transaction which is scheduled to close on or before July 21, 2016.
