Van Lanschot issues ? 400 million senior unsecured bonds

Van Lanschot has today issued unsecured bonds for an amount of ? 400 million
with a term of three years and maturing on 2 April 2013. The bonds have a coupon
of 3.5%. This loan, targeted at institutional investors, was issued as part of
Van Lanschot's normal funding activities. Van Lanschot's funding ratio remains
strong at around 80%.
The bonds are listed on Euronext Amsterdam. The bonds will be settled on 29
March 2010.
The lead managers on this transaction are BNP Paribas and Rabobank
International.
