Sale Will Offer Shoes at Savings of up to $200 off MSRP
(firmenpresse) - PORT WASHINGTON, WI -- (Marketwired) -- 07/07/16 -- Allen Edmonds, the U.S. premium men's shoe manufacturer headquartered in Port Washington, Wis., announces the return of its online "Factory Seconds" sale on AllenEdmonds.com. The five-day sale starts July 7 and ends July 11.
"We've been handcrafting shoes here in our Port Washington factory since 1922," said Jim Kass, VP of Operations. "Because over 100 craftspeople touch each shoe as it undergoes a 212-step crafting process, we have a small percentage of shoes that don't meet our exacting standards. We refer to these blemishes as 'Factory Seconds,' or F2's."
"Last year was our first time we offered F2's to the public online," said Paul Grangaard, President and CEO. "Customers responded very positively to the sale! Because of the overwhelming positive response, we're thrilled to once again offer these shoes to our online customers."
The sale will include a range of styles, although sizes, colors and inventory amounts are limited. Customers are encouraged to shop by size to see available inventory. Prices will be offered at savings up to $200 off first quality pricing and substantially below standard outlet pricing.
