(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/08/16 -- Urban Select Capital Corporation (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CH) is pleased to announce that Esther Mei was elected as a director of the Company at the annual and special general meeting of shareholders of the Company (the "Meeting") held on July 7, 2016. Ms. Mei joins Min Kuang, John King Burns and David Yoo, who were all re-elected at the Meeting, on the board of directors of the Company. Also at the Meeting, SunRonkai LLP was reappointed as auditor of the Company and the Company's incentive stock option plan was re-approved.
