ÅF AB: Subscription to the 2016 Convertible Debenture Program for Key Staff Completed

On April 27 2016 the annual general meeting adopted a convertible debenture
program for key staff in ÅF. The subscription has now been completed and amounts
to SEK 142.05 million at a subscription price of SEK 170.20 per share.
Full conversion will increase the share capital by SEK 2,086,220.00 and the
number of shares by 834,488. This corresponds to a dilution equivalent to
approximately 1.05 percent of the capital and approximately 0.77 percent of the
votes.
In accordance with the resolution of the general meeting, the dilution will be
offset by a repurchase and cancellation of shares corresponding to the
subscribed amount. These measures shall be completed before the annual
shareholders meeting 2017.
