Eco Supplies to Raise New Capital Through Capital Increase

Eco Supplies Europe AB announced today that the company has decided to raise up
to 2 168 011 EUROS through a public placement. A prospectus, approved by the
Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority ("Finansinspektionen"), is available in
Swedish on Eco Supplies' website: www.ecosupplies.eu. An English version will be
published before the 2010-11-08.
The proceeds of the fund raising will be used to strengthen the company's
balance sheet and to invest further into the recently acquired PV production
plant in Gällivare, as well as to strengthen the company's e-commerce
activities.
The terms of the Public Placement are as follows:
Subscription Period: 2010-11-05 through 2010-12-01
Price Per Share: ? 1,42
Maximum amount of emitted shares: 1,526,792
Dilution for existing shareholders: 16,6%
In case the issue is oversubscribed, the company reserves the right to place a
maximum addition of 710 569 shares for existing shareholders.

"Eco Supplies is currently undergoing heavy expansion and we are happy with the
way in which our PV production facility, Eco Supplies Solar AB, is developing.
The market for PV modules is expected to grow by nearly 100%this year and by
approximately 40% during 2012 after and the demand for our products is high. The
company will now focus on further automating Eco Solar's plant in Gällivare, to
improve our margins and revenues, as well as on growing our revenues through new
capacity and by moving into system integration for our Solar business. We are
looking forward to successful years ahead".
