Anfield Gold Corp. Announces Results of AGM and Grant of Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/14/16 -- Anfield Gold Corp. ("Anfield") (TSX VENTURE: ANF) announces the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders held on July 14, 2016 in Vancouver. At the meeting, shareholders voted in favor of each of the matters presented, including the election of each of the five directors nominated by Anfield to the board of directors of Anfield for the ensuing year, the appointment of auditors for the ensuing year, and the authorization for the board of directors to determine the remuneration payable to the auditors.
In addition, Anfield hereby announces that it has granted an aggregate of 2,240,000 options pursuant to its stock option plan. Each of the options has an exercise price of $1.47, will expire on July 14, 2021 and vests in 1/3 tranches annually, commencing on the date of grant.
