follows:
Financial Statements Bulletin for 2010: 9 February
Report by the Board of Directors and Financial Statements 2010: week 10
Interim Report Q1: 4 May
Interim Report Q2: 3 August
Interim Report Q3: 2 November 2011
Available in Finnish, Swedish and English, the Financial Statements Bulletin and
the Interim Reports will be published at approximately 8.00 am on the
abovementioned days. They can be found at pohjola.fi and op.fi.
Pohjola Bank plc plans to hold its Annual General Meeting in Helsinki on
Tuesday, 29 March 2011. The Board of Directors will convene the AGM separately
at a later date. If a shareholder wishes to have an item included on the agenda
of the AGM, the related written request addressed to the Board of Directors
should arrive at Pohjola on or before 3 February 2011. Such a request must
include grounds for the inclusion or draft resolutions and be sent by post to
Pohjola Bank plc, Investor Relations/TeE4, P.O. Box 308, 00013 Pohjola or by

Pohjola Bank plc's prospective dividend payment date is 12 April 2011.
