BinckBank purchases a portfolio of Dutch residential mortgages from Obvion
(Thomson Reuters ONE) -
As of 15(th) of July BinckBank has acquired a portfolio of Dutch residential
mortgages worth ? 340 million from Obvion. With this purchase BinckBank is on
track with its objective to finance a total of ? 500 million of Dutch
residential mortgages in 2016.
The investment in Dutch residential mortgages is part of the amended investment
policy in 2015. This aligns with the strategic goals to bring more
diversification in the revenue streams and become less dependent on transaction-
related income.
