Inscape Announces Resignation of CFO

(firmenpresse) - HOLLAND LANDING, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/22/16 -- Inscape (TSX: INQ) announced today that Matthew Posno, Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the company on July 22 to pursue other opportunities.

As CFO, Matthew led the company's finance and IT functions. "Matthew has played a central role in the establishment of our growth agenda," said Jim Stelter, Chief Executive Officer. "The Board of Directors and the entire Inscape team join me in thanking Matthew for his contributions and leadership."
