NetDimensions (AIM: NETD; OTCQX: NETDY), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, is pleased to provide a trading update for the six months ended June 30, 2016 ("the period").
Revenue for the period was broadly unchanged from the prior period and the adjusted EBITDA loss for the period was below US$1M, substantially improved on the loss in the prior period (2015 H1: US$1.8m loss) due to better management of expenses, which will also benefit the full-year EBITDA result.
"First-half sales were somewhat lower than expected with delays in deal roll-outs affecting revenue growth and this looks likely to continue into the second half of the year. The Company will continue to maintain a tight focus on cost control and we would expect this to contribute to an improvement in full-year profitability."
