Change to Banca IFIS's 2016 events calendar and financial conference call

In accordance with article 2.6.2 of the Italian Stock Exchange Regulations, you
are hereby informed that, in partial departure from the existing Events
Calendar, Board of Directors' Meeting to approve the 2016 Half Year Financial
Report will be held on 28 July 2016 (instead of 26 July 2016). Any further
variations to the Events Calendar will be communicated well in advance.
On the same day the Company will host a conference call with the management at
