THIN - Warrants exercise
(Thomson Reuters ONE) -
Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issued Warrants to the subscribers of new
shares in the rights issue completed in the second quarter 2009. The second and
final exercise period was 1 September-6 November 2010.
Thinfilm had until and including this morning received notice of exercise of
19,186,241 Warrants, representing 98.1 per cent of the outstanding Warrants. The
payment deadline is ten working days after exercise.
Following completion of the Warrants exercise, Thinfilm's share capital will
amount to NOK 30,638,549.15, representing 278,532,265 shares at NOK 0.11 par
value per share. No Warrants remain outstanding.
