Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this Notice on behalf of
shareholder Simpson Financial Limited ("SFL").
Thinfilm announced on 8 November 2010 that 19,186,241 Warrants had been
exercised in the exercise period 1 September-6 November 2010. After the exercise
has been registered, Thinfilm's share capital will amount to 278,532,265 shares.
SFL's holding in Thinfilm is 27,463,864 shares, which after the increase above
will correspond to 9.9 per cent of the expanded share capital and votes of
Thinfilm.
