Special Meetings of the Shareholders of Trident Performance Corp. and Trident Performance Corp. II Adjourned
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/27/16 -- Trident Performance Corp. (TSX: TCP) ("Trident") and Trident Performance Corp. II (TSX: TCZ) ("Trident II", and together with Trident, the "Corporations") announced today that the special meetings of shareholders of the Corporations (the "Special Meetings") called for today were adjourned because the required quorum to proceed with the Special Meetings was not present. The Special Meetings have been adjourned to Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. and will be held at the offices of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP at 365 Bay Street, Suite 800, Toronto, Ontario.
The Special Meetings have been called to consider and vote upon a proposal to dissolve the Corporations following the liquidation and distribution of the assets of each Corporation (the "Terminations"). A joint management information circular describing the Terminations has been mailed to shareholders and is available on the SEDAR profile of each Corporation at .
