(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 07/28/16 -- Quinto Real Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE: QIT) ("Quinto" or the "Company") announces the results of its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on July 26, 2016 in Montreal, Quebec.
At the meeting, the shareholders of the Company voted at the majority in favour of all the resolutions set out in the management proxy circular, including the re-election of members of the Company's Board of directors, consisting of Marcel Bergeron, Michael Curtis, Philippe Frere and Andre Goguen. The shareholders have also voted at the majority in favour of the appointment of the auditors, Petrie Raymond LLP, as well as for the rolling stock option plan of the Company.
