(Munich, 10th November 2010) Interhyp AG, Germany's largest residential mortgage
broker, accelerates its growth in the third quarter: The closed mortgage volume
rose by 34 percent to 1.88 billion Euros (Q3 2009: EUR 1.41 billion). This
translates into 11,871 closed mortgages and therewith an increase of 24 percent
against the third quarter 2009 (9,595). Net revenues climbed by 50 percent to
21.7 million Euros (Q3 2009: EUR 14.4 million). Earnings before interest and
taxes (EBIT) grew to 1.2 million Euros (Q3 2009: EUR 0.5 million), net income
was at 0.9 million Euros (Q3 2009: EUR 0.5 million).
