The Extra General Meeting of Solidium Oy was held in Helsinki on 29 July 2016
electing a new Board of Directors of the company as of 1 August 2016.
It was decided that the Board of Directors shall have six (6) members.
The following persons were elected to the Board of Directors: Chairman Harri
Sailas, Vice Chairman Eija Ailasmaa and members Aaro Cantell, Markku Hyvärinen,
Paula Lehtomäki and Marjo Miettinen.
