fidis GmbH has moved its head office. On August 1, the provider of software solutions for factoring and ABS processes moved into a modern office and commercial centre in Neuss near Dusseldorf. The main reason for the move is the improved ITK infrastructure locally and the geographical proximity to their major partners. Simultaneously with the move fidis GmbH has launched its new corporate website. At www.fidis.com clients can now use all their end devices even faster to find out about the digitalisation of factoring services.
“Rapid response times are crucial with factoring,” says Reiner Hirschberg, the CEO of fidis GmbH. “With our glass fibre connection in Neuss our service desk is now even easier to reach. This is how we can optimise our customer service further and deal with requests within a very short time. At the same time, our new website enables smooth access to our services and the client portal from any end device.” Another point in favour of the move – the new premises have separate conference facilities with a modern facility for training sessions.
The new website adapts automatically to the requirements of each end device by using by what is known as responsive design. This means users always enjoy the best possible view – whether it’s on a smartphone, tablet or PC. Its modern one-page design also provides the benefit that information is now accessible faster and more directly and loading times are reduced. Plus, for the first time, the new website is also introducing the end-to-end solution for digitalising factoring process – the FACT.pilot suite.
