ORION CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE
12 NOVEMBER 2010 AT 8.55 AM EET
In accordance with Section 3 of the Articles of Association of Orion
Corporation, 321,946 A-shares have been converted into 321,946 B-shares. The
conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 12 November 2010.
The total number of shares in Orion Corporation is 141,257,828 which, after the
conversion, consists of 47,563,565 A-shares and 93,694,263 B-shares.
