November 24 Yara shares each at NOK 243.97 per share as part of Yara's
discounted share purchase program for own employees:
President and CEO Jørgen Haslestad. Following this purchase he owns 11,598 Yara
shares.
CFO Hallgeir Storvik. Following this purchase he owns 17,359 Yara shares.
Head of Downstream Egil Hogna. Following this purchase he owns 8,603 Yara
shares.
Chief Human Resource Officer Håkan Hallén. Following this purchase he owns
1,852 Yara shares.
Chief Communication Officer Bente Slaatten. Following this purchase she owns
1,375 Yara shares.
Chief Legal Counsel Trygve Faksvaag. Following this purchase he owns 3,883 Yara
shares.
Head of Investor Relations Torgeir Kvidal. Following this purchase he owns
1,481 Yara shares.
Board member Frank Andersen. Following this purchase he owns 396 Yara shares.
Board member Svein Flatebø. Following this purchase he owns 1,410 Yara shares.
Board member Geir O. Sundbø. Following this purchase he owns 119 Yara shares.
Board deputy member Karl Edvard Juul. Following this purchase he owns 119 Yara
shares.
Board deputy member Morten Ødegaard. Following this purchase he owns 119 Yara
