Change of Accounting Reference Date
European Nickel PLC ("ENK" or the "Company") (AIM, PLUS, ASX: ENK) announces
that, following the recent acquisition of Rusina Mining NL and the harmonisation
of group company reporting calendars, it has changed its accounting reference
date from 30 September to 31 March with immediate effect.
As a result of the change of accounting reference date, the Company's reporting
calendar will be as follows:
* Unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2010 will be
published by 14 December 2010.
* Audited accounts for the eighteen months ending 31 March 2010 will be
published by 30 June 2011.
Thereafter, interim and annual reports will be published each year, for the six
months to 30 September and for the year to 31 March respectively, in accordance
with the AIM Rules for Companies and the ASX rules.
ENK has also launched a new website, www.enk.co.uk.
