Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Platform Services Provider Upgraded to SOC 2 Type II

The results of a comprehensive, independent audit validate that Datalliance had the appropriate level of processes and controls in place to consistently deliver secure and reliable services from its datacenter and demonstrated their use and effectiveness throughout the declared audit period.

SOC 2 is the auditing framework developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for cloud computing, Software-as-a-Service, and other service-oriented technology companies to demonstrate the capabilities of their processes and controls. Independent auditors performed the SOC 2 Type II audit for Datalliance which was completed on June 27th, 2016.
