Exercises with Sanoma's stock options

A total of 203,600 shares of Sanoma Corporation have been subscribed with 2004
stock options.
Following these subscriptions, the number of Sanoma's shares increased from
161,817,144 shares to 162,020,744 shares. The total amount of subscription
prices was recorded in the fund for invested non-restricted equity.
The new shares were entered into the Trade Register on 17 November 2010 and the
trading in the new shares begins on 18 November 2010. For the new shares
subscribed with stock options all shareholder rights commence from the date on
which they are entered into the Trade Register.
Sanoma announced the Stock Option Scheme 2004 on 8 November 2004. Sanoma
informed about the previous share subscription with 2004 stock options on 7
October 2010.
