Laval's Main Performance Hall Getting a Facelift

The Government of Canada supports the renovation of Salle Andre-Mathieu

The Honourable Melanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage, today announced $600,000 in funding for La Corporation de la salle Andre-Mathieu for the renovation of the main performance hall in Laval. She was accompanied by Eva Nassif, Member of Parliament (Vimy).

This Government of Canada funding, provided through the Canada Cultural Spaces Fund, will help improve users' comfort and security, in addition to providing optimal performance conditions for audiences, artists and creators.
