After collecting almost 2.5cr through tinted mirror, this time "Drink & Drive" is perfectly catching the eyes. From Jan 2016 to June 2016 more than 2350 people have found guilty claims very famous RTI activist Prafful Sarda, who also own an event management company "The Event Factory" on the basis of RTI reply he has received from Pune Traffic Department ( Maharashtra , India ). Despite of political pressure across the party lines, Pune traffic division also seen lately on weekdays to check drink 'n' drive across the city.
Since the fine and concern action taken at the Pune court, people have become more careful about late night drink and drive. Party goers are preferring booking cabs and other mode of transportation to enjoy their weekends.
Prafful Sarda, owner of an Event Management company & RTI activist had filed an RTI application to know from 2014 to june 2016 how many people have been caught for "Drink & Drive" and what action taken against people who found guilty. with the Pune traffic division.
