DeepMarkit Engages Primoris Group Inc. for Media Relations
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/15/16 -- DeepMarkit Corp. ("DeepMarkit" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MKT) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Primoris Group Inc. ("Primoris") to provide national and international media relations services to the Company. Primoris is a full service communications agency specializing in media relations, with a proven track record of editorial placement.
From its office in Toronto, Canada, Primoris will provide a full range of media relations services through the leadership of its principals, including the coordination of editorial coverage through print, radio, TV and online media outlets. The editorial coverage will aim to focus on DeepMarkit's patent pending FetchBot™ digital marketing and promotions platform.
"Having completed development of our product and with the recent beta launch of the FetchBot™ platform we are excited to bring national and international attention to this unique marketing and promotions tool for business of all sizes," said Darold Parken, President and CEO of DeepMarkit.
Primoris has been engaged by DeepMarkit for a one-year period at a rate of CDN $3,500 per month, subject to early termination upon 30 days' written notice by either party. The agreement is renewable on a month-to-month basis following the initial one-year period. Primoris has also been granted options to purchase 175,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of CDN$0.15 per share for a period of two years from the date of issuance (the "Options"). The Options will vest over a 12-month period and are subject to regulatory approval.
