Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. Announces August Dividend

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/16/16 -- Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. (TSX: PZA) today announced its monthly cash dividend of $0.0713 per share for August 2016.

The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2016, and will be paid on September 15, 2016.

For tax purposes, the 2016 dividend will be considered a taxable eligible dividend.
