Optional heating cartridge unit increases the utilizable material diversity
(PresseBox) - Existing materials, which change their aggregate state with an increasing temperature like wax or ethylene carbonate could not be sprayed automated so far. Precise spraying of these media is now possible with the optional heating cartridge unit. Because the heating unit keeps the temperature in the microspray-dispenser stable over the melting temperature, the material stays liquid. The transformation of the chemical characteristics with raising temperature can be used for conveying and precise spraying. This heating function is also perfect for using materials with very high viscosities to decrease them and improve the fluidity. The temperature of the dosing content can be raised up to 60 °C. Additionally in the scope of delivery is a connection cable which is compatible with every standard heating controller.
