Gildan Announces Completion of Acquisition of Peds Legwear, Inc.
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 08/22/16 -- Gildan Activewear Inc. (TSX: GIL)(NYSE: GIL) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Peds Legwear, Inc. (Peds), effective August 22, 2016. Gildan previously announced on July 27, 2016 that it had entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the equity interest of Peds.
