Sun Valley Gold LLC: Control and Direction Over Common Shares of Bear Creek Mining Corporation
(firmenpresse) - SUN VALLEY, IDAHO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/22/16 -- Sun Valley Gold LLC ("Sun Valley") announced today that it has disposed of an aggregate of 47,585 common shares ("Common Shares") of Bear Creek Mining Corporation ("Bear Creek") for and on behalf of client accounts over which it has discretionary trading authority. The Common Shares were sold over the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange for $3.3575 per Common Share.
Following the disposition, Sun Valley exercises control and direction over an aggregate of 10,308,403 Common Shares for and on behalf of client accounts. The 10,308,403 Common Shares over which Sun Valley exercises control and direction represent approximately 9.9999% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.
Sun Valley sold the Common Shares as part of its overall portfolio investment strategy. Sun Valley and the Master Fund may increase or decrease their ownership of securities of Bear Creek depending upon future market conditions.
