Endurance Global Risk Solutions Launches New Workers' Compensation Product

PEMBROKE, Bermuda - August 22, 2016 - Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd.
(NYSE:ENH), a Bermuda-based specialty provider of property and casualty
insurance and reinsurance, announced today that it has launched a new workers'
compensation insurance product for its Global Risk Solutions clients. Global
Risk Solutions, a new business line launched earlier this year within Endurance
Insurance, targets middle market and large account risk management clients
within select global industry verticals. The new platform, headed by Michael
Chang, CEO of Global Risk Solutions, writes all property and casualty lines of
business and is initially focused on the Real Estate & Hospitality, Financial
Institutions and Professional Services industries in the U.S.
