Aldershot Resources Ltd. Announces Proposed Issuance of Shares for Debt
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/23/16 -- Aldershot Resources Ltd. ("Aldershot" or the "Company") (NEX: ALZ.H) announces, further to its press release dated August 5, 2016 and subject to all necessary regulatory approvals, that it intends to issue a total of 4,249,146 common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares") at a deemed price of $0.05 per Common Share for payment of outstanding debts of $212,457.32 owed to insiders of the Company. This amount of outstanding debts of $212,457.32 includes the amount outlined in the press release of August 5, 2016.
The Common Shares issued by the Company will have a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
