Holger Hanau also assumes Austrian sales of Aventics
The pneumatics specialists expand the responsibilities of their Swiss sales manager
(firmenpresse) - Holger Hanau, Aventics' Managing Director Switzerland, is now also in charge of sales in Austria. As of July 1, 2016, he was appointed the Managing Director Austria. In this new double function, the 44-year-old manager is now also responsible for further advancing the company's growth on the Austrian market.
Holger Hanau is an experienced pneumatics expert with extensive sales expertise. After working for over four years at Festo, he joined Aventics in 2007 as a sales engineer and assumed the post of sales manager in 2012. Following the separation of the pneumatics business from the Rexroth Group in 2014, Holger Hanau was promoted to Managing Director Switzerland. Together with his 15-member team he has since promoted the introduction of the Aventics brand in Switzerland.
The Austrian market is dominated by core sectors such as the machine and special machine industry. Traditionally, the focus is on the industrial automation, food and railway technology sectors, which are similar to the Swiss machine market. Just like the Swiss market, the Austrian market is distinguished by its innovative power. In both countries, many well-known companies have been Aventics customers for many years.
